Since 1963 the family Armanini serves fresh mountain fish, processing and selling the best trouts and chars bred in her own farms. Pure spring water, strict nutrition protocols without the addition of chemical additives, observance of the normal vital cycles of the most precious fish species: ingredients that permit us to serve an always fresh, genuine and natural product.
